Run pipeline

Scrape authorized sources, group Stories, extract Claims, and generate first Drafts end to end. Platform Owner access and multi-factor authentication required. Only one run may be active at a time, and a running pipeline can be stopped safely: every stage commits its own work as it goes, so stopping mid-run never corrupts anything already saved — it only stops further work.
